Web services: At Risk
BriCS web services are at risk following an incident that affected services hosted with our cloud provider. The issue has been mitigated and services are restored, but investigation into the root cause is ongoing. Web services including the portal (https://portal.isambard.ac.uk), service desk (https://support.isambard.ac.uk), JupyterHub (https://apps.isambard.ac.uk/aip2-jupyter), and SSH certificate issuance via clifton should be considered at risk while the issue is investigated and fully remedied.

There are no known issues that affect the normal running of Isambard-AI Phase 1. Please contact support if you encounter an issue.
