Service Status¶
All services: Planned Outage (Updated 11:30 BST Friday 10th July)
User access to services remains suspended in response to the recent disclosure of serious software vulnerabilities affecting systems like ours. This decision was a proactive and preventative step to safeguard the system and data, and is consistent with decisions taken by many similar services globally. We are not aware of any attempts to exploit these vulnerabilities on any BriCS service.
We are working to restore access as soon as possible at the highest priority.
User access will not be restored before 12:00 BST on Monday 13th July, and the timeline for restoration will be updated as information becomes available. This page will not up updated before then.
Running and queued jobs remain unaffected and will continue to process as normal.
Any users who have queries regarding end-of-project deadlines, please request your Project Lead to contact the allocator, as described here.
We understand the disruption this causes, and we appreciate your patience while we work through this.
Isambard-AI Phase 2: At Risk
User access to the Isambard-AI Phase 2 login nodes has now been restored. Compute nodes remain offline while we complete our testing, so jobs cannot currently be submitted or run.
We are working to restore full access as soon as possible and will update this page as things progress.
