Isambard-AI Phase 2: No Known Issues
There are no known issues that affect the normal running of Isambard-AI Phase 2. Please contact support if you encounter an issue.
To maintain system stability, we have temporarily imposed stricter limits on the number of jobs that can run per user. This allows us to monitor overall workload and ensure the service continues to operate reliably. These limits will be reviewed and adjusted as conditions allow.
If your jobs are queued due to these restrictions, the pending reason will appear as QOSMaxJobsPerUserLimit.
Please note that submitting a support ticket for jobs held for this reason will not result in an increase to your limit at this time.
