Awards Portals

An Awards Portal is a website, operated by the body that allocated your award, where an award of resources (such as compute time) is managed. If your BriCS project was created from an award, then the Awards Portal is where the Project Lead invites and removes project members, rather than the BriCS Portal. See Managing awards and projects for more information on managing project membership.

BriCS awards are administered through one of two Awards Portals, depending on how the award was granted.

AIRRPortal

AIRRPortal is used to manage awards granted through the UK's AI Research Resource (AIRR), including DSIT/UKRI access calls and Sovereign AI or AISI awards.

Allocate Portal

Allocate Portal is used to manage awards granted through the University of Bristol or GW4 allocation routes.

Not sure which Awards Portal your project uses?

Check the invitation email you received when you were added to your award, or contact your Project Lead.

See Applying for Access for more information on the different access routes.
